FPGA Implementation of Exudates detection in Fundus images through machine learning

Abstract

Diabetic Retinopathy is frequently identified in individuals with long-term diabetes. If left untreated, the primary condition could cause lifelong blindness in the patient. The primary feature of the condition is the improvement of fluid in the retina region. Fundus imaging utilized to scan the exudates. The primary difficulty with unevenly brightened fundus images is the things they produce it difficult to locate the hard exudates. Fundus images can be utilized to identify exudates using the established method. Recommendations formedications are given rendering to the propagation of the notion of content-based image retrieval.With the assistance of field programmable array gates and machine learning, the algorithm is created and put into practice.
